Secondary Poems

Secondary Poems is Jo's second poetry collection. It was published on 8 December 2023 after three years of rewriting, editing and learning to reconcile different aspects of their identity while also letting go of the things that had previously defined them.

This collection moves through heartache and the slow unfolding of a relationship with oneself.

Each poem stands on its own, yet together they form chapters of a story that deepens when read from beginning to end.

​

One chapter includes poems written in both English and French, with translations provided.
